Mirka is a great inspiration and a great teacher for me. The lessons always have a new charge and vary thematically. When we play the Tibetan bowl while relaxing or when we sing mantras together, it is super energy. Namaste!

After every hour with Mirek I look forward to a new one. I leave with a positive experience and full of energy.
