Pension Fialka

- well arranged rooms with lots of lovely touches - you can choose what you want to have for breakfast - the castle and the historical city centre are within walkable distance and still you can easily reach the BnB by car and park on site - friendly owners

It's a big property with a lot of nice places in the courtyard (big parking, barbecue, playground, terrace). I choose a room at ground floor and I liked the separate entrance, the big toilet (very good also for disabled), the nice room setup and furniture, the extra beds in the upper deck (see photo) and all little details that makes tourist life easier. For example, high quality sheets and blankets, like Fialka has, are not usual in bed and breakfast accomodation properties. Location is perfect, at 10 minutes walk to the entrance in the old castle, in a neighborhood with nice big houses and lot of space and you can leave the car in the parking place in Fialka's coyrtyard. Owner is a she and "adds value" to the property, because it's nice but not too pushy, a perfect balance between careless and not carrying. She speaks perfect english, which, in Chesky Krumlov, it's rare and precious. The barbecue place has a big refrigerator with a lot of bottle with different beverages - soda, beer, water etc. Pension Fialka was an wonderful accomodation in the beloved Chesky Krumlov and I'm happy that it was not a place to sleep (no matter how), like is all about other hotels and pensions I used to stay here in Chesky Krumlov.

Good pension not very far from the city centre. Our room was clean, however we heard a lot of noise from the other room as walls were thin. Tank with hot water is small and enough for 10 min of showering, which might not be enough for two people. The owner was nice and helpful.

Very nice place to stay while in Cesky Krumlov. Short walk to the town center.

It's a bit far from the city centre but with respect to its price that's a wonderful B&B.
