Very reluctant staff. Empty in the hall empty. Unfortunately, I didn't fill out anything like that in my life, so I didn't know what to do. I humbly approached the window with the lady (short red hair) and asked if she would be so kind and could not advise me. I was arrogantly rejected what I really dare to disturb her with, probably from drinking coffee, that she would definitely not help me, and again, very arrogantly, she began to humiliate me as actually incompetent if I couldn't do it alone. Unfortunately, I was quite in a hurry. So I had to leave (I don't live in B&W, I have a permanent residence here, which I also said) and I have to come back again after I fill it out at home. If it was a rumble, I would understand, of course, but this is such reluctance and bad behavior. When I returned home, I learned that my mother had exactly the same experience with this wonderful lady. I have not encountered such behavior anywhere else !!!!
