More than a month of waiting time and total silence regarding state of the order. It's hard to get any meaningful info regarding state of the order. During phone call they promised that "latest on Wednesday order will be shipped to you". Now is Friday. Nothing arrived. Wouldn't recommend. Trying to get refund.

V eshopu se mi líbí možnosti, jaké typy oblečení lze navrhnout a jednoduše návrh sdílet. Nakonec bylo také všechno personalizované oblečení dodáno, ale bohužel k tomu nebyla jednoduchá cesta. Stručně: Problémová komunikace, rozdílné ceny a chybějící položka při dodání objednávky. - Největší problém vidím v ceně - během návrhu se ukazovala cena cca 3x vyšší než když návrh sdílím (ze sdíleného návrhu lze také přidat do košíku). Na chatu mi pak bylo řečeno, že cena bude ještě jiná. Po objednání návrhu ze sdíleného odkazu (což byla nejnižší cena) jsem opět kontaktoval podporu a tentokrát bylo potvrzeno, že je cena správná - Když objednávka dorazila, chyběla jedna položka - na chatu tentokrát okamžitě reagovali a následující den jsem měl dodanou i chybějící položku - Přes telefon se nelze dovolat - jen se odkazují na chat nebo email - Na chatu reakce tak 50:50 - jednou odepsali hned, jindy vůbec, tak jsem psal další den znovu a to už třeba ihned odpověděli - Na dotaz přes email nikdo nereagoval - V jeden den mi přišel nejdřív email, že položky jsou naskladněné a připravuje se tisk a ve stejný den večer mi přišel email, že položky nejsou na skladě a čeká se na jejich naskladnění - Návrhy nelze duplikovat, takže když chcete navrhnout více variant, musíte vždy návrh vytvořit celý od začátku - pozor na ukládání - ukládání jednoho návrhu pravděpodobně neproběhlo správně a neuložil se mi celý (chyběly tam nějaké položky takže jsem to pak navrhoval znovu) - Objednal jsem si osobní vyzvednutí a bylo mi doručeno přes PPL (nejde o problém ale překvapilo mě to) + po urgencích velmi rychlé dodání + velký výběr typu zboží + dodané zboží vypadá moc pěkně (opravdu podle návrhu) + když na chatu zareagovali, tak kromě ceny byla vždy komunikace bezproblémová a rychlá

On the contrary, I have a good experience. The order came within a week of placing it, although I ticked the delivery time until the following month. The graphics are - in contrast to other e-shops with prints, with which I have experience - very well made! The T-shirt itself is also made of quality fabric (I took a Sports Tank Top, M), the only downside is that the store does not have the dimensions written for some clothes, so I had to estimate according to other T-shirts.

Never order anything! Do you believe that if you pay for express delivery within five days, it will come to you? Or that in case of complications they will pick up the phone or at least write them off by e-mail? One day, a young lady took my phone and laughed at me. That she would call back that day (which of course she didn't). I should have read the reviews earlier. And I deliberately took a subscription from B&W. I'm not sure how they would actually be able to deliver the goods to your home within five days, if they can't have it ready even at the place of personal collection. I ordered at the beginning of December, it's already March, and I still haven't received the order, and despite several written requests, I was not refunded, which will definitely not replace my 3D printer product, although it would certainly be a nice gesture if the order was over time (albeit later). However, I doubt that I will ever place an order for your company after a very negative experience. As soon as I have money on my account for a pending order, I will be willing to delete my review. I was so outraged by your communication that I planned to contact the CTIA. In the end, I decided not to cause you such problems. After all, the fact that someone responds to me from you only after almost four months, and to everything only in response to a public review, also testifies to something. I am sincerely sorry that I could not give my loved ones something that would make them really happy and I still lost a considerable amount. I really appreciate your apology, but I still stand by my words. Anyway, I wish you the truth of what you wrote down for my review and I wish you good luck.
