The unwillingness to deal with the customer's non-standard wishes (which would take them about 10 minutes) instead of canceling the agreed order. Too bad, I expected more according to other reviews. Reaction to owner's response: unfortunately, you are completely wrong, nothing I describe. Maybe your worker misunderstood, or you don't want to admit that you are unwilling to issue a document that you are legally obliged to issue. In response to your comment, I sent you an email explaining what was going on - no answer. Instead of canceling the deal, you could call me and ask me what you need. Considering what a claim would look like when you look like a purchase, I'm glad I didn't buy anything from you.
