Horror, in less than 2 hours waiting in line outside, 5 people came in from the queue, inside also the queue, I think I would definitely handle it in two days, but in a day? I do not understand this, now that we have modern technology. :-(

Waiting for vehicle registration about 4 hours. The lady behind the counter drank a coffee and pretended to do something.

Today, the total massacre is never again. I learned that they can handle 40 people in 5 hours. And there were about 60 in the queue. I wonder what the officials are doing there.
