I have visited the polyclinic, especially the surgery department, several times and they have helped me more than once. Unfortunately this week 9.12. In 2020, I had a very unpleasant experience with my sister at the reception. I arrived around seven in the morning with a painful injury that I had been to the hospital with an ambulance the night before. I couldn't sleep at night and almost didn't move my hand in the morning. The pain was unbearable - I was scared because I had suffered an unpleasant fracture in the past, the consequences of which continue to this day, and I was also told that if the condition worsened, I should see a doctor again. The arrogant behavior of the nurse at the front desk, who literally told me "you thought the doctor would snap his finger and it would be good" and that "the swelling is perfectly normal, it's perhaps clear" absolutely burned me. Unfortunately, I am a teacher and not a doctor, so I do not understand how a fracture or a possible bump behaves. Despite the fact that I was not well, I greeted politely and behaved politely. The absolutely unreasonable behavior of the nurse disappointed me and I do not understand how it is possible that someone in the place where they are supposed to help people behaves like this. The lady was also very uncomfortable with the gentleman who was right in front of me, he was also polite and unfortunately he also had an obvious hearing problem, which probably bothered her. It is a pity that such people work in similar places. I'm not someone who does another scene in public, or later drills into similar things, but the situation lies in my stomach even after almost a week. I understand that working with people is difficult, I do it myself, but in life I would not have thought to behave this way. I can imagine that after a similar meeting, many people would rather go somewhere else, so they would rather solve their health problems at home.
