A terrible experience, a massage planned for three weeks was canceled by the study the day before at half past nine in the evening. An alternative date was offered, but for us an absolutely unprofessional approach and negotiations.
I started with yoga only during my pregnancy, in this studio ... and I found here what I was looking for - an intimate environment open to beginners. I continue with post-partum yoga classes that allow me to exercise while spending time with my children, which I have not found elsewhere and I appreciate most. I can only recommend.
I have been attending a yoga course with Martin for over ten years. I am very satisfied. The course is aimed at strengthening the spiritual level as well as strengthening the external and internal muscles. Despite a sedentary job, I never had back problems. Yoga with Martin is a lifelong way of keeping the body and mind in balance in today's tense times.
I warmly recommend!!! Very personal approach, pleasant environment. I have done Pregnancy Yoga, antenatal course, breastfeeding workshop and everything was very beneficial. Now we start exercising with babies in a scarf and we will definitely continue. :)
I found here a perfect relaxation in the form of pregnancy yoga during pregnancy, peace of mind in the form of various workshops and then helpfulness and willingness to help with the problem of breastfeeding :)
