When buying shoes satisfaction, but unfortunately only until I had to go to complain. Shoes bought 10.1.20 I went to claim 12.2.20. The shoes had literally crumbled the heel of the sole. As is customary with deichmann complaint rejected with the words that I should contact the CTI, because of allegedly poor use of shoes. The saleswoman looked through her "expert eye" and said arrogantly rejects the claim. She didn't want to know how I used my shoes. I wholeheartedly recommend deichmann.

Sandals, which I almost never wore and whose soles are broken, refuse to be accepted on a complaint.

Shoe shop offer as much as other Deichman prices higher. Large selection of branded shoes. Staff okay and trying. I recommend if you are looking for quality shoes. A little limiting smaller selection of cheaper shoes. Offer footwear great for other goods and accessories already smaller.
