I ordered the tour due to the fact that I liked the starting point in Brno. The travel agency was from Prague, where the clerks on Džbán (smaller part) and Prague Radotín (larger part) entered. My friend went from Prague and I started at Futura in Brno. The bus didn't go anywhere, it was right on the way. So far everything was fine. Two drivers went. But in Vienna one of them got off and only one driver went to Croatia and one to České Budějovice. For me, the problem occurred when Mr. Cizek told me that most of the participants in the bus (the larger group from Radotin) agreed to go back through Ceske Budejovice and take me from BW some other vehicle to Brno. I disagreed. The starting point was Brno and there was no agreement on another place. When confronted with radotinaks one client told me: "You know how to say it in Brno: Shut up and blow off !!!!" Čížek said nothing, left to vote (he washed his hands like a pilate) and took me to BW. If he told me beforehand, I wouldn't go on a tour. Therefore, I do not recommend traveling with this travel where will be mentioned Ivan Cizek SKI-BIKE and KBA TOUR Ceske Budejovice. Since that large group still rides with Cizik, he would lose a lot of money, but that he ruined my vacation, it did not bother him. After 20 years of business, they only see money and not customer satisfaction. Mr. Čížek did not take a bus to or from Croatia. He had his vacation outside our place of accommodation, followed by us. This has not happened to me on any bike tour yet and that I was south. Perhaps I warned you enough.
