Today I called with Mrs. Halová (sick leave) and she helped and advised me a lot. I can't agree with most of the comments.

CALLING THERE IS URGENTLY I DON'T KNOW WHAT I DO THERE BUT CALLING THROUGH HALF A DAY IS REALLY TIRING

You can call terminal 111, but that's the end of it. Then they'll connect you, so you'll be prompted for a few minutes. Then I'll try to dial myself over and over and over again ... just a ringtone ... And then again and that's already posted for sure. I'm calling ending 111 again, so again the annoying arrogant thing that isn't even able to answer the simple question of whether it's possible to switch to a person who will talk to me. And then it just hangs up and it's done. Someone give her a broom, maybe she'll do better.

The lady at the counter is super. The ladies at the entrance were confused, uncomfortable and obviously annoyed that they were at work. They require the observance of veils, which is correct, but they do not bother much themselves. I assume they don't breathe through their chin or ear.
