In two months of use, the shoes had a worn out sole and a broken rubber sole. The deputy head of the branch arrogantly dismissed the claim that it was a misuse. I apologize but if the quality of shoes is at least at a level so after two months do not begin to disintegrate. I do not understand how you can judge complaints. Stop employing arrogant employees and start dealing fairly with complaints. I will post this experience to social networks next week and not make a good name for you. Good day, I bought sneakers in this shop and 2 months later my insoles fell on my heels. I wanted to complain about the shoes, but with a big surprise the complaint was talked to me. Despite my insistence, they wrote me a complaint about the repair. The complaint was settled, but unfortunately the shoes failed again after a week. The second complaint was rejected and the manager just offered me shoe insoles. I am very disappointed with the approach of salespeople to the customer, rather to advise, so discouraged. Overall, I was discouraged from further visits to this store.
