The worst e-shop I know. I bought two cell phones here. I complained to both of them twice in a short time. The last apple recently and the complaint was rejected by me that they found an unknown liquid in my mobile phone. Are you serious? In a waterproof phone? If they dismantled it during the first complaint in January and put it wrong, then the culprit is their service, which, incidentally, cannot be called. So I have a year-and-a-half-year-old iPhone at home for 20,000 and men take pictures with it. I took good care of my mobile phone the whole time. It doesn't have a single scratch or abrasion. But what is the point for me in the end? I strongly do not recommend.
I do not recommend this e-shop. Xiaomi Mobile Phone Complaint has been rejected although defects (non-functioning navigation buttons and display defects not caused by physical contact) are demonstrably caused by circumstances not related to minor scratches found on this phone and on which basis they refused the warranty on the grounds of violation of warranty conditions. Several service technicians confirmed this to me independently of each other. They will deliver the goods to you, but if you claim, they will want to break free from liability. I will deal with it through legal protection insurance. Although it is only about 2500 CZK for repair, but it is necessary to point out ... although for example on Heurece have a high rating (but there is no mention of any complaints, only the speed of delivery of the product, etc.)
