I can't listen, I bought my love a wedding ring made of white gold and the rhodium layer changed to "yellow" after 1 month of wearing it in the office. Brilas or Blilas (from the word blit) does business within the law. Have no idea about rhodiovania technology and only fraudsters do rhodium-plating yellow gold! You can find them on the blilas website in the business conditions (see photo). If you want white gold, avoid these fraudsters from Zlín, there are better sellers in the area.

Strictly not recommended. Our white gold engagement rings have changed color to copper with a lot of scratches after 3 months of wear. We removed the rings while working. Brilas rejected the complaint, saying that it was not our fault. We continue to claim. I recommend 500m distant competition bisaku. Bisak engagement ring still looks nice ...

In this shop I complained 2x engagement ring. For the first time after about a month of normal wear, the ring went black, after naive comments on how the ring should be worn (respectively, it would be best to be behind the showcase and a man looking at it) acknowledged the claim within 30 days. After a year the ring in the weld cracked. They didn't respond within 30 days, so I requested a refund under the Consumer Protection Act. We can't blame it, contact the headquarters in Zlin, call me there, I won't give you money, I don't have any ... it just sounded like I would be the wrong one ... The result is that I didn't move out of there back. I do not know what she thinks of herself, better access has a grandma who serves the public toilet, but not these would-be vendors ... If you are looking for a serious approach, negotiations and especially quality products, contact elsewhere.

Never. Quality shocking! After a week, the ring looks as if it was worn by a miner when it was mined after 20 years of hard work in the mine. And I only work on a PC. The Complaints Department will make me stupid that the ring will scratch even when washing my hands, and so it's my fault. According to them, the ring is intended only in the box, so that it does not accidentally scratch dust or contact with air. The employees in Brilas are perfectly Chinese, and the quality is right. Never.
