Good day, I will try to describe my experience of shopping in a store in the Nová Karolina shopping center. So maybe it would be in one word: disaster. But that wouldn't capture the whole situation there. I was there on Monday, March 23, 2020, I stood in the queue at 10:00 a.m. I paid at 11:02 a.m., so the time of standing in line and the purchase took me 1 hour. chalk. It follows that my purchase did not take long. There were 4 sales assistants in the store, one operated the cash register and let customers into the store. When the customer left, she called her colleague: How many girls? The question was about how many customers to let go. On the blind hangs an announcement that a maximum of 5 customers will be admitted. It released ONE. The other three ladies were leaning on the table. I asked them what they were waiting for, because there was a queue outside that stretched to the Dombrovský Books, and one young lady replied: Well, we don't know who will come. So the three saleswomen waited for me and another lady to choose the tires and pay so that they could let in another person again. Of course, I did not forgive the remark that they should move, and the young lady at the cash register told me that they did not even have time to drink as they were busy. I replied that they probably could not organize their work. I'm glad we're open, so you don't like anything yet. I told her she could be glad. She has a job. When I left, she pulled the blind so low that I slammed into my head. she broke her head, so I sue her. In short and underlined: I have never experienced something so horrible in any store. I would recommend the management to change the staff, because those people are ruining the reputation of the Stoklasa brand. Today I went to the second store in the center of Ostrava in Na Hradbách Street and I must say that it was a diametrical difference in the approach to customers. Middle-aged ladies, all very nice and helpful. A pleasure to shop. I will definitely visit again. I probably won't visit the store in Jantarová Street unless something has changed. I may be the first to be dissatisfied with the staff in this store, but I believe not the last. Šobichová Danuše Firmly
