I do not have a problem with a specific store or saleswoman, but the product as such. I bought my girlfriend a standard memories bracelet with that amazing opening for putting on a pendant, but the problem is that you just have to push it in any way and the bracelet opens and falls 🙃 you just need the sleeve of the jacket or leaning on someone else. And so my girlfriend lost her Christmas present due to a horribly designed fastening (it is possible that "only" it was a scrap of production, but it shouldn't happen at all) and somehow I can't afford to buy another (and this time from a really good brand ). We were here with a friend who also has a Pandora. So the saleswomen noticed us after a while. I wanted to have the Pandora cleaned. I have all the pendants from a friend or I bought them myself. Everything is original, as I have all the proof of purchase. The saleswoman looked at the pandora and said, "But you don't have this from a pandora, it's just some light jewelery ..." The reaction surprised me a lot, because as I wrote above I have everything original. I loved going to Carolina, and she always left with something. I also asked about the ring, if he could not be cleaned, the lady didn't even look at it .... But after this experience, I no longer feel like going there and shopping for something. I don't know if the saleswomen behave according to how a person looks or has an appearance, but I found it very inappropriate !!! Pandora and I then went to Avion, and there the saleswomen were very helpful and nice, and everything went well😊 !!!!

I would definitely start with a warm welcome, which unfortunately has not been worn in any store lately. Maximum satisfaction is great that there is a store where they are dedicated to you and understand their work and it is clear that the seller enjoys it. Thank you for your patience and help with choosing a gift for his wife.

Ladies working in the shop incredibly nice, despite coming in a few minutes before closing. They were happy to help and advise, I am very pleased with the purchases. 😊

My friend bought me a voucher for Pandora, Carolina for Valentine's Day, so I went there to see the rings yesterday ... the shop assistant greeted me unwillingly from the counter and only after 5 minutes when I was alone in the shop with a disgusted expression asking if I want to try some ring ... I said I'd like to pull out the box for putting the ring, then I put my own one out of Pandora and went to rehearse ... and flicked my plexiglass ring next to it, going back to the cash register ... I thought the salesman's goal was to advise and sell, not to dial ... when leaving I thanked you enough for now and I wish you a nice day. .. the answers I did not receive :)) vendors are probably only willing to sell the goods to beautiful gentlemen, but to their friends then behave as if we were just some polo. The employer should think about whether to accept young sweet ladies with a passion for life, or an old, grumpy grandma ... that someone's age doesn't mean he's a professional in his field. I'd rather welcome young ladies at the store, who I can talk to as a friend, often laugh at shopping at other stores, but unfortunately I will go here for the last time with great dislike and just because I would be sorry if the voucher came to nothing : /
