Beautiful corner of the country, pale fields and meandering brook among the sculptural trees!

Světnovské údolí is a natural monument with an area of ​​2.6 ha in the range of positions 620–640 m above sea level in Pohledeckoskalská vrchovina, in the cadastral territory of the village Světnov in the district of Žďár nad Sázavou belonging to the Vysočina Region in the Czech Republic. A locality with a preserved landscape with the valley floodplain of the meandering Sklenský brook lined with alders and meadows with the occurrence of the endangered spring snowdrop. There is a white-striped poplar butterfly, in the waters of the stream live the brook trout and the common crested newt, in the meadows poison ivy, from the bushes black honeysuckle, in the riparian stands nest the common wren. Along the natural monument there is a paved forest road, the nearest tourist route marked in green in the village of Světnov, a locality about 2 km away from the chapel in the village. In the spring months, interesting with flowering snowflakes, in the summer with a landscape of the foothills and in the autumn with a varied color palette of deciduous trees in the valley. CZ171006
