Very beautiful environment, spacious bedrooms with bathrooms - each has its own privacy, equipped kitchen with a large table for mass breakfasts and lunches, wonderful seating under a pergola with barbecue and smokehouse, a large play area for children including a large trampoline, the surrounding forests are like made for long walks and in the autumn to collect mushrooms I recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back

As a group of 10 people, we had booked the whole building for ourselves for 4 nights, almost a year in advance. On the day we arrived at the place and paid the deposit, the owner informed us that the penultimate day of our holiday, 4 people will come to the building to prepare a wedding for the next day and that they may want to sleep. Eventually 7 people arrived and we had to move out of the room. At the end of our stay with the owner, we argued that we had not agreed on this, and that we wanted to return the money for at least one night, he told us that we should have collected and left that last night and that he would not return the money. The owner lied to us twice, first that we would be alone in the building and then with the number of people from the second party. He also lied to the other group, who had the promised object free from Thursday. At first, the owner seemed like a very nice and helpful person, but he turned out to be a liar, plus my colleague has already deleted one review, so he can't even accept the mistake and criticism.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH RENTAL !!! One of the first things I agreed with the owner before paying the deposit was that the whole building will be reserved only for us. However, immediately after paying the full price, I was informed that another group of people would move in with us on the last days of our stay. The owner ended the argument about keeping the contract with the words: "There is nothing children to do. You are all young, you can do it somehow". Even after the confrontation on departure, we were not awarded financial compensation for non-compliance with the contract. The beautiful environment absolutely overshadows the amateurish and fraudulent behavior of the owner. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING TO ANYONE !!!

If you want to enjoy an undisturbed wedding / holiday, AVOID THIS OBJECT. The owner is an arrogant and deceitful person who has no problem promising things he knows in advance that he cannot fulfill. In our case, it was not a problem for us to move 7 unknown people into the cottage on the penultimate day of the holiday (wedding guests who had the promised whole building for themselves !!!) and move us out of one room with the proviso that "nothing can be done". When we talked with the other group of people about how it was possible that such a situation occurred, we found out that the owner lied to both groups and promised in writing the things they contradicted. Upon departure, we confronted the owner, but according to him, nothing really happened. He was not willing to return the money for this one night, when we had to share the object with strangers, and therefore we do not think that its compensation in the form of three days next year for free would be observed - we did not receive any voucher in writing. It is a great pity that such a beautiful building, which is also very well maintained, is in charge of a person who is only interested in profit and client satisfaction is in the last place for him. I appeal again to everyone who is considering choosing this object - don't do it, it won't pay off.

Although the place of accommodation was great, the accommodation is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED‼ ️ The owner's actions know no bounds, he deliberately lies and deceives people. Almost a year in advance, we agreed on a 5-day stay from Monday to Friday. After a bad experience from previous stays, we had extra confirmation that the whole area will be reserved only for us, and that we will be completely alone (a group of 10 people rode us). After arriving at the place and paying for the stay, we were informed that a wedding would take place in the building on Friday and that the wedding guests would need to start preparations on Thursday. That stopped us a lot, but because we are a tolerant gang, we waved. On Tuesday, the owner asked us if we would not mind that 4 people could sleep with us in rented premises on Thursday. We politely replied to the owner that we did not want it. On Thursday, wedding guests came to prepare and the owner informed us that 7 people would sleep in the building and that we had to vacate our room. We didn't even have time to react to the situation as we were in shock. However, we did not want to endanger the wedding and vacated the room and somehow we folded into other rooms. Subsequently, we were informed that more guests would arrive at 8 in the morning and that we had to leave the building by 8:30. After the owner left the complex, we communicated with the wedding guests that they were promised the whole building as early as Thursday and that 7 people in the building slept has long been agreed with the owner since Monday. The owner also told the wedding guests that we would leave the building at 7:30. In the morning, when handing over the keys, I blamed the owner for all these facts. The owner was unable to admit a mistake or make financial compensation. Načeš told us that he would not be returned anything, that if we were so upset, we should have left on Thursday (even though we had paid for 4 nights). He deliberately lied to us with the address of the "child" and with complete calm in his eyes he told us that this was all our problem, if it bothered us and that it was all right. I only take away from the vacation the dislike and anger of how one can treat one's guests! Like with a piece of rag !!! And I pray that today's wedding, which was completely innocent in it, will turn out without further complications!
