Through the e-shop of this bookstore, I placed an order, which was confirmed to me within a few minutes by email with conflicting information. I ordered the goods cash on delivery, but a confirmation was sent to me that it was waiting for payment to be received - then "pay only after receiving the goods" and finally again to make the payment as soon as possible. After not receiving any new information for a whole week, I decided to contact this bookstore. In their very brief answer, I learned that the goods are sold out. I don't even dare to imagine how many days I would have been waiting for such information without the urgency of my order. Dear Sirs, I wish you much success in your business, because such behavior of the company towards the customer is completely unacceptable.

I recommend, the Jakub Deml bookstore in Třebíč now offers the inspiring book GASTROK by Mrs. Růžičková. This bookstore gave this "cookbook" a place in the great company of Karolína Fourová and Josef Maršálek.

So here I like it, books, comics, antiquarian, helpful staff, always advise ... 👍
