Professional approach.

The lady or lady was very uncomfortable. And those prices ??! Never more. The lady was uncomfortable when she came to the store. After a decent greeting, none of the 3 persons in question greeted. My friend looked at the shelf and the lady asked in disgust: "Please." But what is Friday Mrs. is apparently tired and needs a vacation.

--- I brought a watch to replace the battery. The lady asked if they were waterproof, but then she found out by herself and said yes within 50 meters. The watch with this information took over to replace the battery, with the fact that it will be done the next day. --- The next day I arrived, the watch could not find first. When they found it, only the saleswoman told me that the battery was replaced with it, but that it was no longer waterproof and that I must not use it under water. Asked what to do about it when they were supposed to be waterproof and had this information about it, she replied only that I couldn't expect to be waterproof when it was an advertising non-brand watch. The watch has a clearly visible "Dunlop" mark both front and back. So I can understand the claim of an unbranded watch in 2 ways. Either as insolence or ignorance (but it was enough to look at the watch and knowledge would be, so it is rather negligent) - I do not know what is worse. --- Among other things, the attitude of the staff was very negative for me. There were five workers at the counter and held a biased conversation about a bottle of sparkling wine one of them was holding. Although I visibly entered the store and there were 5 of them, they kept me waiting for about 1 minute to serve me, although no other customer was in the store. Typical persistent Čecháčkovský approach from the past, about the motto with which the business has already led Tomáš Baťa "Our customer, our master." they probably haven't heard here yet.
