I ordered a pizza today. It was delivered to me completely cold, not really lukewarm. I called the branch, asked that they take the pizza and bring it hot. I was told that the mistake was not and is not on their side. - Yeah, I deliberately put pizza out the window to eat cold food. So I gave 175.- for a cold gummy pizza. For rappers - yes I could heat it, but if a company has a delivery company, it is also obliged to bring hot food to the customer. EDIT - there was contacting and subsequent compensation, I change the evaluation because the pizza was TOP and thanks for solving the situation!

There were times when the pizza was great, lately the catastrophe burned, lukewarm to taste not much - let the staff smoke less and devote more time to the work for which they receive a salary. The fact that one has to call more often than to call in is another matter.

I bought 2 Thursdays of pizza both burned and also cold and unpleasant service
