Good guest house, comfy inside, simple and not far from the centre square. Parking is not yet ready and needs reconstruction. Overall service was good enough, recommend!

Telč is truly amazing and wonderful historic town, and as a counter pole this place is progressive, modern and sophisticated gem 💎. We loved the accommodation, location and all the intelligent ideas they are realizing here. Not a small town devil may care attitude, but looking into the future and past at once! Can not recommend it more highly. Not too many places in Czechia have moved to this decade nor millennium, but this place certainly has! Once they have few more healthy options in their café (goat's milk kefir perhaps?), they will be perfect! Very friendly staff also!

Good value for money. Situated 5 to 10 minuts from the beautiful square. This newly renovated place has everything you basically need, a good bed clean bathroom and breakfast. The rooms are furnished simple and the bed is of an OK quality. The rest outside is still being renovated and a part functions still as a farm. So at 7:00 tractor are driving under your window. Don't expect to sleep late. On the area are some possibilities for children like climbing walls etc. The breakfast is in the hotel on the opposite side of the main road. This is OK, but simple. Recommendable if you come to visit this wonderful medieval town and don't want to pay too much for the night. Now 5.6. I had another room. It had the normal bathroom. The shower cabin was big and pretty nice. But WHY they mount the shower in the corner above the tap? Like this you all the time move the tap from warm to cold etc.! The room next door had the shower head mounted in the middle, like it should be. The new thing is the room key in your smartphone. If you pay over the internet you can get your key over the JustIN Mobile app. Because they don't have a 24 hour reception, this is a great method. A next good thing is the USB chargers at your night table. A pity that you almost don't see them. They are under the mounted night lights (see picture).

Restaurant meat a little hard yet that I do not have artificial teeth to the meat of semolina those were perfect but sometimes even the chef does not have his day. The biggest shock I got when paying I wanted to pay by card and as the attendant came out of the account he dialed the amount and then added and meant something for us, I was a little surprised if it seemed to me. But I always say that the staff will say that about him, it hasn't happened to me yet. Not to forget the accommodation it is nice cozy newly renovated only the view from the window na.mistni farm I do not mean the manor but the JZD repair shop and the other side of the hill of grassy clay and finally a pearl for accommodation with children it is not because after 6 pm you are the owner of the pension you can get drunk make a mess like one party during my accommodation and with the help you don't just call the police according to the manual. And in the morning when I was told I was not a hotel, we are just a guest house but great and I was not there with the children. So I would suggest giving the name of a luxury hostel.

Amazing place. Excellent restaurant, everything here is new beautiful and clean. Very pleasant and smiling staff, both in the restaurant and at the reception. The pension is also new, it looks luxurious. The view from the window is into the treetops and their noise soothes beautifully 😊 the end of the stay belonged to an excellent breakfast and quality coffee. Thank you very much.
