I was very pleased with the professional approach of Mr. Ščurek, who arranged everything for us during the sale. The apartment in Ostrava was sold at a higher price than we initially expected. I definitely recommend RK Monet.

Please don't buy a bucket of water over this reality. The niece was to be chosen, the mortgage in the condition before signing, the paid appraiser, and the broker Scurek somehow forgot to tell them that his colleague had sold it under their noses. Such unprofessional behavior is perhaps no longer done today. Let me call it fraud

I do not recommend, after the second inspection we had comments on the contract, with which the broker agreed and we were agreed to sign the contract. Since then, he has not responded until 4 days later, where he said that another person had already booked the apartment. Very unprofessional behavior
