This company has many flats in Ostrava. However, there are lots of bad reviews, and I agree with them. I wanted a flat in Poruba and they wanted all the money first (administration fee, deposit and first month rent) before even preparing the contract. That means, you will not have any guarantee that you paid. Another thing is that they are forcing you to rent for half or one year. These are not the normal practices that you can find in other agencies. Avoid them as much as possible.

ok so,... 1. Agents dont share full info or they say they dont know. So big surprise later 👎as every question they have to double check, but they dont get back to you unless you chase them. 2. Paperwork takes forever, so if you have to move fast, dont bother with this company as everything is done like a snail. 3. Payments: there accountants are so lazy they only check the bank account once a day, which keeps brolonging everything, as you dont know what time you have to make payment for them to see on there schedule. Well this page made me to give a star, but if it was up to me 0 stars would be more like it, very unhappy with the service

I would never rent from Heimstaden again. Not only do you pay a high rent, but the apartments are also in desolate condition. All we had to do was touch the wall with our finger and a huge cobweb formed on it, or the dowels fell somewhere in the wall. And there was much more. When we were to terminate the apartment, we had written in the contract that we could terminate the contract by agreement. So they didn't even want to talk to us about it. So we started looking for another tenant for ourselves, we found two applicants, both of them rejected us without giving reasons just two days after submitting the application. Then we found a third applicant, when the applicant already has a rented apartment near Heimstaden, but wanted to go to a smaller apartment. The applicant also got another tenant for herself. We applied for a shortening of the notice period because we all found another tenant for ourselves and we had another serious reason to buy our own apartment and pay a mortgage (when their employee told us that we have the right to shorten the notice period by law). ). After two weeks of waiting, another rejection of the application came. In addition to all this, our interested party was called to reserve the apartment for her, but she would not get to the apartment until another two months after the expiration of the notice period, and to be picked up by the rent, which would pay 2,000 more for herself than we did for two people. They're just lying thieves. Really never again.
