Great satisfaction fast and professional negotiations.
Professional approach, information, speed of service
I am grossly dissatisfied with the deadline for repairs! On the phone I was told that the repair time will be 2-2.5 hours, the technician on the spot told me about a maximum of 3.5 hours and I am waiting more than 4 hours !!! It is a call correction they do not make for the first time !!!
If you do not want me to rob you of some dealers in Prague, so I recommend the service volvo in Jihlava. I would like to compliment the Volvo service. Autocentrum rozvo volvo is the best service in the CR. I have tried a lot of Volvo service, but the one in Jihlava is the best. Mechanics are very skilful. Reception of cars is on a high level. Mr. Chladek and his colleague Karel are very nice and will always help even when the service is overloaded. In fact the guys are cool. They never talk like they do in Prague. Just service super. I recommend going from Prague to here.
