My wife and I decided that we had to share our experience with this company (I intentionally do not mention the car salon, because this is not how the car show behaves). On the company's website, I discovered an ad demonstration vehicle with a tachometer reading: 62xxkm. In the photos the car is like new, on the displays the protective foil, a relatively good price and a year old vehicle. A phone call followed, the first person to pick up the phone was a relatively unpleasant gentleman who was not at work, so he gave me a number for a colleague who was to take care of these cars. The second phone call, picked up by another man, who gave me a number to another colleague that he was taking care of these cars, so I made the third call, already thinking that this was not exactly right. In the third call, it was picked up by a lady who is redirected to the gentleman's mobile phone. Unfortunately, she didn't know anything about the car, which can be understood. The lady told me that the car has been rented for a month now and must first order it at the salon to prepare everything I need at least a day. So we made an appointment in two days ... About 48 hours. We arrived later. I always try to be everywhere for at least 15 minutes. before it was agreed that no one would wait for us ... the habit of my profession. The car was ready in front of the entrance to the saloon, where a lady was still running around to the quickly washed and heated car, wiping the left gross dirt with her hand. So we went inside ... here we had a cold greeting and an afterword, you go to the tip, right ?! "I want to be objective and I understand that the demonstration vehicle will show signs of wear and I probably would not have written here if it were not for the dealer's behavior. The vehicle as I mentioned already should have driven 62xxkm instead of 78xxkm. dirty (black from the brake pads) to the question .. The vehicle probably got a nice mess ... I was told that the vehicle was like a spare and that it just is, suddenly no longer a demonstration but a spare and still rented. so after the body, abrasions and glue on the paint, I did not solve extra, because they are operating things.Inside the car .... it was a different coffee for me ... damaged, scratched and especially polluted interior, full of animal hair. I knew it was an annual car to be built in October, so I asked: The car should have service (oil change) so that he will have to change the oil in a month or has it been changed? The seller: pulled out a service book, found out that the vehicle was manufactured in May and that the oil change was not recorded in the service book, and further told me that it was not registered, but it would definitely be on the computer. Take a picture of yourself whether or not it has been replaced. After finding out the facts, I asked if he was willing to go with the price for the vehicle lower. The Lord told me that he did not know the price of the car, so I told him and he replied ... that he would not give me a discount but would give me winter bicycles for half. What ??? I never decide that day, so we went home. At the beginning I should have mentioned that before we went to this salon, I read the reviews, which were mostly positive except for service. The seller was praised for his good knowledge and that I can only laugh at my acquaintance after my experience. I can honestly tell you that I have been in vehicles for 16 years. I wish everyone to have a better experience with the company than me .... because despite the list of defects and shortcomings we wanted to buy. However, on the way home I convinced the woman that we will not use our money to support v.la, which sells the vehicle in at the car show with the cap back and half of the test drive, he made a private call, probably for fear that I might ask annoying questions.
