The worst office where I could be has a meeting for a while, but the fact that a person kuli them without money he is not interested can not empathize with a person when after them a person needs something themselves do not know how to do what I do not understand how someone can be there and when a person needs a stupid form he has to call the directorate to start someone to do something about a disaster ..... inability of people sitting there
