Absolutely appalling experience! Never again! Avoid this pub arc and service especially !!!!!! Today we arrived at lunch at 5:30. The attendant didn't even notice us in half an hour. She'd rather collect dirty dishes from other tables and order other tables that came to us. When we decided to go inside, the attendant told the temporary staff to wait. Brigadier ordered us to drink and eat and we waited another half hour. Then the attendant arrived with the sentence What do we want? When we said we had already booked, she replied that we did not, because the order slip was lost, or the drinking did not bring us. The staff was extremely uncomfortable, so we left with an empty stomach and thirst.
