St. Peter and Paul

The Dean's Church of St. Peter and Paul in Ledeč nad Sázavou is a large single-nave Gothic building from around 1400, later rebuilt, with a massive tower from the 16th century.

Beautiful church of st. Peter and Paul is located on the bank of Sázava near the center and with its slim tower is one of the landmarks of the city. It is a Gothic church from the early 14th century with later modifications. There is a rectory behind the church.

Late Gothic church (building 1509 - 1554) with its elongated polygonal presbytery and with a prismatic tower on the south side of the ship is unique in Europe with its purely decorative net vault, whose clay ribs are not of a supporting character.
