I have visited Kopecký with a defect, which was not found and repaired by three addressed services in Eastern Bohemia, even though they were renowned and branded services. It was basically a banality, but in other services they only exchanged the part for me. In this service they immediately provided me with a professional approach, diagnosed a defect and removed the defect within a short period of time. Further repairs were the same. This service meets all five "P". You will find professionalism, diligence, pleasant performance, affordable price, but mainly a helping hand. The mechanics are trying to accommodate the deadline and fix the defect in the short term. In particular, repair prices are sometimes startling and it will come to me as if time has stopped somewhere. It can be seen that this service is not just trying to earn people from people, and there are people who are interested in customer satisfaction. The workshop manager Mr. Stýba is a true professional, and in any case.
I was very satisfied with the diesel service Kopecký. I repaired the car with a fault diagnosed with a defective high-pressure pump and injections (the fault was diagnosed by another authorized auto service). I thank Mr Stybels in particular, who reclassified the fault to the fueled fuel pump and repaired in a matter of hours. The service did not try to push me into a costly repair and solve the problem to my full satisfaction.
