Unfortunately, maintenance is costly and it is a matter of great concern to owners, especially after natural events.

A home of tranquility with a special charm that provides the small lake with swans and the shade of centuries-old trees. The whole park is very well maintained and there are beautiful views of the Ferrosas Mountains.
