I had the opportunity to shop here several times. When buying whatever sausages, especially salami, the salami saleswoman peeles from the peel but adds the peel to the sausage when packing. I can't see that anywhere. The store is rather a family business. But this probably doesn't matter to the locals. Services terrible. A huge reluctance towards foreign customers. I do not recommend buying here.
