Nice location, nice staffs and good service

Nice quiet place without mobile signal with several lakes nearby, great stay.

Rooms are standard, amazing nature around, great old castle near by in Lipnice village.Again,concern with owners.I don't know why this remains in Czech republic,but we were told to not eat lunch at the terrace,only in restaurant inside,in a moment later guy brings small group their lunch.We asked what's up and guess what? Yeap,that was the owners of the hotel.Eating in front of us,20 customers right at the forbidden terrace!!! Well, customer service is getting a big punch here...

The location is fairly shabby, but they are in the process of renovating. Staff don't speak english, so that is a challenge. But i did have a good time here.

Good hotel in countryside in the middle of Czech Republic.
