I booked the holiday home in the summer when the corona situation relaxed. One week before use (beginning of October), the crisis in the Czech Republic came to a head. I asked the landlady on September 23. a credit and postponement of the appointment. She did not react to this and later claimed to Booking that I had not asked about a possibility of postponement, which is verifiably stored in the Booking news portal. She deliberately lied. However, I had to cancel the booking because the region had been classified as a risk area. When asked by Booking, she refused to refund or credit me the rental price that had already been transferred after booking (as requested by her). When I repeated my request for postponement, she completely cut communications. The house may be nice, but I strongly advise against booking the accommodation as long as the landlady insists on full prepayment. In my case, the lady is € 235 richer without having done anything for it, we are poorer by this amount without being able to do anything. A state of emergency was declared in the Czech Republic one day after the planned stay. At least we did everything right at the point that we didn't go there. On the other hand, it is quite remarkable how some people, even in these unpleasant times for all of us, unscrupulously draw their financial benefits. However, the proverbial Czech hospitality suffers the damage to its image.

A paradise for children. We were 3 families there and had a very good time. The grill pavilion is the icing on the cake. Fantastic. Many thanks to the provider.
