Unprofessional behavior of the operator. We came as customers and needed advice. The service was unpleasant and we felt as if we were annoying them with our visit. But that was probably not enough. The staff then talks about us behind the cash register as about the exotics of the day, on our ears! We just wanted to support a local company, but next time we'd better go to OBI. The fact that my father is a foreigner, and it is harder for him to speak Czech, does not excuse the impudence and rude behavior of the staff! I do not recommend it if you mind being treated like a scum.
