PARKHOTEL Sokolov

Our stay was overall good. The breakfast was awesome, as well as the personnel, they were helpful and careful. I would expect cleaner rooms, no web cobs and spilled luquids over the headboards. We wanted to enter the IQ room one late afternoon, but it was not possible due to some dance class being held on the premises from where the entrance to the room is.

We did not like the hotel so much. Stuff does not speak any English. There was a fruit salat in our room when we arrived. 5 minutes later the receptionist knocked on our door and said it was for another guest and took it away. When we wanted to go back to the hotel at night we had to wait 10 minutes outside as it was locked even though we had a key. Pool was closed when we were there. Breakfast is average.

Room for the money as in a hostel. TV with bad signal. The bathroom fan does not work. Bathroom bad condition. The water flows slowly. The phone does not go to the reception. There is no phone number at the reception. The receptionist herself does not know. Sauna. upon entering the hotels it was said that an hour should be booked. The first day, the receptionist claims that I can't turn it on. The next day at 5:20 p.m. They say we didn't order in advance. Breakfast weakly weaker. The restaurant does not work but I covid somehow I understand but they should say so in advance. The pool is a walk but does not go from the hotel. Fitko ok. Winter in peace. The refrigerator makes sounds like a pump ... never better in a sleeping bag somewhere at a bus stop
