Although I rightly, but very naively, I expected help from this service with the then 11-year-old Carisma. Even at the telephone appointment, they were rude when they learned that it was an old car. Literally, an arrogant worker told me to calculate how many years the car was. In the final, they offered me a throttle for 50,000, which exceeded the price of the whole car. In the end, I solved the problem elsewhere for a few crowns and the car served for many years and still serves another owner to this day. To sum it up: arrogance, reluctance and an effort to make money on the ignorance of others - not everyone can confess in cars. I can see it today and I would drive them with a pig step. It's been a few years back, maybe the staff has changed, but I don't strongly recommend it.

Very professional approach, quality staff and high level knowledge. Very good availability. Usually you get an appointment within a week, up to a maximum of 2. The prices seem a bit high to me, but they are probably balanced with other branded services. Very professional attitude, high quality and highly knowledgeable personal. Good booking availability within max. 2 weeks. The prices are a bit high, but not higher than other good branded workshops.

I have been their customer for several years and I cannot complain about anything. Absolutely professional approach.

I have a Subaru Forester. Already the third Subaru. Great service for me. Perfect and pleasant approach. They use original Subaru spare parts from Japan. No substitutes or generic production. And I already have experience that it pays off.
