After arriving at the reception and waiting for someone to notice me, a gentleman who was unable to greet me came and with the words "what you want", I replied that I would ask to do a registration (visit time about half past four, opening time until 18.00 ). Mr.'s reply "Nobody will do anything to you here today, we're closed, goodbye."
