Staff reluctant to return goods that were not used, only unpacked (inappropriate gift). Unfortunately, I was told that it is not possible to complain or exchange goods at the stone shop. It is very rude and unfair to customers. I will never buy anything from the stone shop again and I hope that with this approach they will soon close for good.
