For some reason, they immediately noticed a “novelty” for tourists and residents of the city on Staraya Louka. This is a new attraction - musical sidewalks. The musical sidewalk consists of nine bronze tiles, each of which makes its own musical sound (if you jump on them), because One note is “hidden” on each of the metal tiles. Crossing or jumping from one to another, you get a melody. With a little dexterity and ears not trampled by a bear, you can even play something. Nearby and instructions are available. Moreover, not only children, but also adults cannot deny themselves the pleasure of jumping and even dancing on music tiles. The plates with a mechanical mechanism are mounted in the ground and can withstand weight up to 120 kilograms. Two sets of such music attractions, worth CZK 1.2 million, are mounted on the restored Stara Lauka opposite the Zlata Koruna guesthouse, and the second is near the Corso Hotel by the Teplaya River. However, this unique musical attraction, which has already become one of the main attraction in Karlovy Vary, caused unexpected problems. People from nearby houses complain of round-the-clock noise.
