Spa Hotel Thermal

A hotel associated with the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival (55th in 2021), the outside image remains the same for more than 40 years (official opening 1977), the old architecture, the emotionless concrete blocks, has nothing to do with the romantic scene around this hotel... the hotel has an upgrade inside... maybe they want to keep the outside image, but many people want to break and rebuild completely a new building...hope so!

Avoid this place. They are just money hungry and do not care about the welfare of the guest. My colleagues warned me not to book here and i should have listened. They cancelled my booking last minute leaving me stranded with no place to stay. It also looks old and filthy from the outside so thats another reason. Avoid!

Outstanding hotel with great location and rich variety of services. Rooms are nice and tidy, with balconies, locker, great view, fridge and much more. It has private parking as well. Special thing is of course a variety of SPA treatments, huge pool, saunas, IR cabin, jacuzzi and many more. Breakfasts are amazing as well, they ofer wide meat selection and tons of healthy food options . We ordered a dinner once as well and it was great. Also, every evening there is a live music events, we were lucky to see one local Czech band who played great rock'n'roll music with great vocals and perfect sound. Overall, the hotel has everything for the relaxing and entertaining stay. Definitelly recommend to everyone!

Came all the way and is closed, why not at least update your website like everyone else.. Looks awful too, boarded up and overgrown. Edit: In response to your comment, this simply isnt true! If it is, then go ahead and share a picture of your pool with water in it and the front entrance! The pool is empty, there is no spa and you are closed.
