We had a great stay. The room was spacious, I would recommend getting the superior room because it's in the newer side of the hotel and you have easier access to the spa, whick by the way.. is great :). The pool is not that big, but does the job. Lots of options for sauna, including fresh ice cubes to cool down after the session. The breakfast is just awesome, lots of options + sparkling wine. Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend.

As a person with some significant experience in hospitality, I must say that this hotel did not meet my expectations mainly because of poor service. Let's look on it from mystery shopper perspective: no eye contact on arrival, needed to contact front desk clerks first because they were discussing something, then poor welcome speech without basic information about hotel, breakfast time and place, check-out procedure + person at reception didn't introduce himself. Then we came to our room and recognized from the very beginning that one of the bathrooms seriously stinks with a cigarette smoke => immediately informed front desk clerk about this issue, but were said that it's pity and they cannot move us to another room (Monday is not the busiest day, right?) and will send housekeepers to improve a situation (they didn't come within next several hours, but knocked the door in the evening to ask if we need something. Since we had everything we just asked to check the bathroom and cleaner said that she felt this stink even from the corridor and promised to deliver this information to receptionists). We kept ventilation on until the very end, but it didn't disappear. This fact made me think that it is a long-term problem that is known by staff members, so they say sorry, but they don't. Breakfast and spa were good, but I would like to give 1-star because of cold approach to guests and ignorance of basic accommodation norms that deeply disappeared us. Probably it's important to notice that we visited a hotel with a little kid and it was not the cheapest room type at all. Unfortunately, appearance in the film about James Bond is not the only thing to attract and provide unique or at least positive experience to the guests.

Great service, extremely dog friendly. Doggie room service and dogs allowed everywhere in the hotel, including the restaurant for breakfast. Wonderful breakfast quality and selection and hotel location was beautiful for walks, both through the city and the nearby easy hiking trails with amazing views. Get the room upgrade for minimal price difference to enjoy the morning riverside views from the beautiful balconies. Also great spa area with various pool options and long hours to make it easy for a stop by anytime during the day.
