Kristyna was amazing. I have bought 6 chandeliers from the store between 15 and 17 years ago. When we moved home in February the moving company broke a chandelier. Kristyna helped me identify the model and is shipping a new arm. Would not go anywhere else. Thank you. Wendy

I was looking to buy a beautiful chandelier and a set of czech crystal glasses (for my family) and this store had everything I wanted and then some. The variety of chandeliers and prices are for everyone's liking and quality is very very good ( czech specialty ). The personnel was very friendly and helpful and I left very satisfied with my stuff and I defenetly would recommend if you visit Carlsbad and are looking for quality glass or crystal.
