Hotel Thermal parkoviště

We were not pleased with the service. It was cold today, so obviously we were dressed well. As we were not sure where to pay, my husband went to the hotel reception, while I was undressing our one year old son. My husband paid and came back to the car. We have folded the stroller, took the hats, scarfs, jackets and sweaters off, sat in the car and headed to the barrier. (I am being very specific here as it is easy to assume how much time it can take) Upon arrival we found out that ticket was not working. Went back to the hotel, and receptionist was strictly saying that we took way too long to drive away and we have to pay for another hour. Sorry, but we didn't take longer that 10 minutes to drive away, also taking into consideration the time it took my husband to get back from the reception. It is not about money at the end of the day. Timing is just ridiculous here. And we do have plenty of experience with paid parkings around Europe.

Beautiful place to visit,little city with lots of great places to see.

I agree with very old and very dirty. But it’s safe place. There are many police man in this city. You don’t need to worry about it.
