KARLSBAD GRANDE MADONNA Spa & Wellness Hotel

Nicely decorated hotel with amazing spa and high quality procedures, but the food is one of the worst in Carlsbad, no spice at all, it was a big disappointment on otherwise great hotel.

Pretty nice hotel with classic decoration as the most hotels at the Karlovy Vary town. We visited the restaurant, the meal was a traditional Czech one, very well cooked (ice cream for dessert was also included). The service was great, from friendly and polite staff.

Receptionist told us not truth about restaurant - doors right were closed. Then he told us, that restaurant is only for hotel guests

We waited 1 and a half hours for our decent meal and they forgot that we ordered 2 portions from one kind of food. Also the waiters couldnt speak english just 5 percent german.
