I would like to thank Loyd Reality for help in selling an apartment in Karlovy Vary. Especially Mrs. Regina Dostalová, who helped us with her personal approach, which was more than beyond her duties. When selling our apartment, we found out that SVJ had not been furnished for 15 years, and thanks to that, the apartment could not be registered as a new owner at the Cadastral Office. She helped us arrange SVJ for 28 housing units where the owners were located in Russia - in Germany and other countries. She arranged powers of attorney for participants who could not meet at a notary on one specific date, where there had to be 100% participation to negotiate all legal acts for the establishment of SVJ. I do not recommend. The worst real estate that can be. The constant problem with the contract. Broker Olga Vrtačková did not answer the phone, she did not respond to the SMS. TERROR. Just buy commissions from sales and lack of interest. .. GOLD MM REALITY.
