Disagreement with handling complaints of cracked soles on both shoes - leather winter ankle boots for 1199, - CZK (selling price) Karlovy Vary The complaint was assessed at the store, a kind of workforce and actually did not leave the shoe store (according to the complaint protocol!). In this case, there can be no question of assessing a complaint by a professional person. The rejection of the claim states that the shoes show signs of very intensive use. Please note that this is a seasonal winter shoe, which I wore a maximum of 10 times and maybe not even !!! In this case it is not possible to watch the date of purchase !!! (Purchase 14 months ago) Even the greatest layman knows that wear is minimal at first glance - can be identified by the embossed pattern on the edge of the sole! Inscriptions on the insole inside are still clearly visible !!! The sole ruptured on both boots almost parallel and almost in the same place. Isn't that strange? This is not normally the case with much older footwear that is worn every day.
