Today I was at your branch where there was a very nice and helpful young gentleman who could both help me choose my glasses and willingly try with me. I praise the gentleman was very nice and also helpful with nothing had a problem. So I just hope that it will continue to be so when I was at your branch a few weeks ago there was a young lady who was very reluctant, and I felt that it bothers me that I arrived at the store so hopefully it will be better now.

I recently visited your store and I have to admit that the young man who was there to help me, was very willing and full of smile, such salespeople will find little, for me certainly full of praise for him, recommended me for spectacles great spray mist and cool, I had a very pleasant conversation with the young gentleman about glasses and your assortment. KV Globus branch. Since I was looking for the first glasses it was pretty difficult with me, I went to the shop often to look at the assortment. I met two workers, a gentleman a very friendly to friendly (but not overly friendly) lady gave good advice on measuring. They're both cool, helpful. When I go for more glasses, I hope they will still be there :) The glass should have been prepared within 3-5 days - it was ready the next day 👍

Last week I was in AXIS Optik in Karlovy Vary and I would rather evaluate it negatively. I understand that it was between the holidays, but the lady could seem a little more interested and a little more willing. I asked if an eye examination is possible. Disgusted, the lady stood up, pulled out some paper ... and at that moment I already knew I didn't want the exams. So I followed her sentence, which sounded different, but had a touch of "go elsewhere" and I left. If you read this young lady, please be with your customers so that it does not seem to be a burden for you. I evaluate the seller's behavior, not the branch. The branch itself is 100%

I was at the Axis Optik branch in Globus on April 28 to buy new glasses and I can't praise both the young lady who served me and the great assortment available at the branch. The staff gave me great advice in rims and glasses, which I can't praise. Thank you for the great approach and more such staff. I highly recommend and if you need another visit to the optics, Axis Optik is a clear choice for me!
