After two weeks of sending the account statement and negotiating with the accountant, they told me that I still had to pay for the parts that were damaged and replaced at the last minute and therefore did not appear on the invoice. Now in the summer they have a common service and sales for several brands (KIA, RENAULT, DACIA) and therefore do not catch up much. That's why it probably happened that they first promised me help with a sudden and unordered engine failure that affected me in the city, but after 10 days of leaving the car in the service, they called me to say that the repair would take more than a month. It is probably a smaller branded service that does not have sufficient capacity to deal with sudden faults and failures within a reasonable time. You must be ordered to avoid large time shifts. So I had the car towed away other than waiting over a month for repairs. As an admission technician, I have experience with Mr. Bartůněk and then also with Mr. Bradáč. Both were accommodating in terms of expert assessment of the state of the vehicle failure, but it was not possible to agree on a time. However, the error is rather in the small number of technical staff. Otherwise, the dealers will be happy to show you all the cars you want to see.
