A very nice lady who likes to advise and you don't have to run ten times

The lady behind the counter was willing, helpful except for the tedious papers. Too bad we live in the 21st century and have computers. Otherwise, there is no phone for the lady in question, only at the headquarters, where the machine calls for a minute and then you wait 15 minutes or more for an operator who will not help you anyway, so you still have to visit the branch. All a little upside down. Why not do it simply when it's complicated.

Opening hours longer than 14:00 only once a week. Single counter and 20 minutes per client.
